B. Rouge Boutique is a Commission based salon! We are currently hiring Natural Hair Stylist, Loctician, Weave Specialist, Manicurists, and a Make up artist.  We have been in business for over 10 years and have a great team. We are looking for Stylist, who are motivated, organized, provide excellent service for their clients, and is knowledgeable within their field. 

 

B. Rouge Career Requirements

  •   Must have a Maryland Cosmetology License 
  •  Must have experience and a following
  • Professional Portfolio
  • Strong Organizational skill
  • Must Possess Interpersonal, Communication and Listening skills
  • Flexible, Reliable, and available to work various schedules, including weekends and holidays

B. Rouge Commission Rate

YOU CONTROL WHAT YOU MAKE! What you earn at B. Rouge is a direct reflection of your talent and the level of service you offer to clients. We offer cuts, highlights, all-over color, unlimited hairstyling, weaving, extensions, make up, nail, products and wardrobe services. What does such an array of services mean for you? Added room to create and unlimited earning potential. 

    

B. Rouge offers different compensation levels to Stylists based on performance and contribution. Stylists have the ability to quickly move into higher compensation levels based on targets achieved. Movement into higher compensation levels is measured by: service sales, retail sales and retention rate.
